About the function
You work independently with passion, bring new ideas, and stay up to date with the latest food trends. As an independent chef in the restaurant, you know that everything depends on proper preparation – mise en place is key!
As a chef, you are the first point of contact for kitchen staff and responsible for preparing dishes. You manage the timing of incoming orders, ensuring they are prepared efficiently so all guests can enjoy their meals. Additionally, you provide leadership and guidance to the kitchen team. Of course, you ensure that the kitchen is clean and meets hygiene standards every day.

What we need
- You have completed a culinary education (such as Basic Chef or Chef Level 1, 2, or 3) – a plus!
- You have a strong motivation and passion for cooking; experience is a bonus.
- You are a team player and take responsibility.
- You have strong communication skills and foster a pleasant work atmosphere.
- You speak fluent Dutch or English.
- You work neatly and are fully familiar with HACCP regulations.
What we offer
- You work a minimum of 38 hours per week, spread out over the week.
- You earn a gross salary between €14.06 and €16.00 per hour.
