About the function
This company installs around 2 million square meters of industrial floors every year. Super flat, on time, and with passion for the job! As a floor installer, your day starts early: at 5:00 AM you have coffee with your team in Veghel, and then you travel to the work site in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany.
Large floors (for example, 50 by 150 meters) are not poured in one day but in sections. As a "Steller," you create a day separation — a so-called expansion joint. The floor is poured from your profile in one day, and the next day the next section begins. You get your daily schedule from a site manager. In the morning in Veghel, you collect your schedule and the materials you need.
You work as part of a team and belong to a big family of skilled workers. No day is the same because your work location always changes.

What we need
- You know what the job involves and can work independently
- You do have experience with welding
- You have a valid driving license B (E is a plus)
- You have technical knowledge and can use machines
- You have welding experience (a welding certificate is a plus)
- You know the safety rules and quality standards in the industry
- You have a VCA safety certificate or are willing to get one through us
