About the function
Measuring is essential to ensure that the prefabricated concrete elements are placed in the right location, so that all subsequent steps in the construction process fit together and the final result matches the client's design. Without reliable measurements, no project can be executed correctly. As a dimensioner, you will be responsible for surveying, preparing, and marking out positions for stakes, anchors, and prefabricated elements at various construction projects in the Netherlands (and Belgium).
You will use a Trimble Robotic Total Station (RTS) and a tablet for this. With the RTS, you will take measurements with an accuracy of 1 mm across the entire construction site. On the tablet, you control the device, see your location on the construction plot, and determine the points for your colleagues to work on. Your colleagues rely on you completely, which means a dimensioner has significant responsibility.

What we need
- You are eager to learn, handy, and willing to work with your hands.
- You have technical insight (a feel for construction) and the construction industry is the right foundation for your future.
- You have a high degree of stress resistance, are independent, and solution-oriented.
- You are flexible with your working hours and don’t mind working longer.
- You have a basic VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one.
- You hold a valid driver's license (category B).
- You do have a valid EU passport or a valid working permit for the Netherlands
