About the function
This company installs about 2 million square meters of industrial floors each year. Everything is done very flat and on time, with a focus on quality and craftsmanship! As a concrete worker, you start early: at 5 AM, you have coffee with your colleagues in Veghel before heading to the work site, which can be in the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany.
Large floors (for example, 50 by 150 meters) are poured in sections. You are responsible for pouring the concrete according to the schedule and guidelines. Together with your team, you ensure accurate work by laying the floor in sections. This means you pour part of the floor each day and continue with the next part the following day. You get your assignments through the daily schedule, which you pick up in Veghel in the morning, along with the necessary materials.
You work as part of a close-knit team of professionals, and each day is different. The work sites change, so you face new challenges regularly, making this job dynamic and varied.

What we need
- You know what the job involves and can work independently.
- You have experience working with concrete.
- You hold a valid driver’s license (B(E)).
- You have technical knowledge regarding the use of machines.
- You are proficient in the English language.
