Over de functie
As a production employee you will be responsible for different tasks, starting from filling in capsules, ending with making sure they are well packed. Work takes place on different production lines, so you will need to be flexible working for different positions, depending on the workload. Your responsibilities will include operating, seting up, converting and cleaning machines, carrying out quality checks and work according to schedule, in the right order and delivery time. Together with your colleagues, you need to take care that production process works smoothly. The goal is to ensure that production process delivers maximum quantity and quality in a good, well-organized way. Keeping machines and working evirionment clean and handling materials and products carefully is also a big part of the production process.

- You have the ability to work accurately
- You have an eye for details and quality
- You have technical insight and/or can handle machines
- You have a good knowledge of English and/or the Dutch language
- You don't have a 9 - 5 mentally and you are ready to work in different shifts, if needed
- You are able to perform routine work
- You are able to work in a team
- You have the right motivation and are willing to work for a long period
- You are responsible and goal-oriented
- You have a valid working permit for the Netherlands or an EU passport
